From Pets Fur People:

This is Hope, a 3-year-old female Labrador Retriever mix. She is available for adoption at Pets Fur People (formerly the Humane Society of East Texas) in Tyler.

This girl is very shy and probably  was mistreated prior her stay at Pets Fur People.  She will need someone who will be committed to working with her with a very gentle touch. Hope will do best in a household with older children or adults only.

She  has been spayed and is current on starting vaccinations including rabies. Hope has been microchipped for identification purposes and when adopted will receive a free gift of 30 days of free pet health insurance.

For additional information call 903 597-2471 or check the Pets Fur People website – petsfurpeople.org.  Adoption hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10 am until 5 pm - closed for lunch 1-2 pm.

3 homeless pets need a family - can you help?

3 homeless pets need a family - can you help?

Gayle Helms with Pets Fur People shared with us that these three animals need a home, and we certainly hope that someone in East Texas will be the one to provide that for each of them.

First, this is  Duke, a handsome 2-year-old male Labrador Retriever mix that is available for adoption at Pets Fur People (formerly the Humane Society of East Texas) in Tyler.

Duke has a very sweet disposition and is very well-mannered.  He would be a good fit with any family - labs are America's favorite dog!
